Job Description:
Synopsis:
As a Digital & eCommerce specialist, you will play a key role in leveraging digital data to gather actionable insights to maximize digital conversion rates and to boost the performance of our digital products. This position requires an action – oriented analyst who combines critical thinking with advanced analytical techniques to optimize Digital conversion strategies. You will actively collaborate with the ecommerce team and various other departments to develop and maintain conversion improvement models.
Accountabilities:
- Identify trends using Digital analytics and data from other internal systems to review impact of new projects/initiatives implemented on Digital touchpoints and provide recommendation to improve conversion rates.
- Carry out detailed analysis of conversion funnels, identifying points of friction and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimizations to make recommendations to wider team for prioritising development.
- Provide data-based recommendations to optimize customer experience.
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests.
- Keep up to date with CRO trends and best practices & monitor/ evaluate product performance to facilitate iteration and improvement.
- Partner with cross- functional teams to develop positioning of the digital product and personalised experience.
- Execute quantitative and qualitative analysis of Digital data, booking trends to proactively deliver booking funnel & self-service optimization opportunities and conversion metrics.
Education & Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience working in an analytical / Optimization role in a Digital & eCommerce environment
- At least 2 years of experience with Adobe Test & Target and Adobe Analytics and other industry leading tools
- Experience in usability, customer experience and Design thinking is preferred
- Working knowledge in airline desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistical modelling, or equivalent is preferred
- Technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions
- Recognized as an active team player, with excellent communication and coordination skills as this role requires working with multiple teams across the organization
