Brief Job Description:
EXIM Bank is on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary Group Head to spearhead our Operations division, covering Trade Operations, Credit Insurance, etc. If you’re a seasoned trade finance expert with a flair for strategic planning and a passion for building high-performing teams, this is your moment. Join us in shaping the future of international trade, setting up cutting-edge processes, and leading our expansion into new frontiers. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting export growth in new sectors and markets, implementing bank-wide processes, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, all while thriving in challenging environments. Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in business administration, commerce, supply chain or other relevant fields from a leading international university or a local one recognized by the Higher Education Commission (H.E.C.)
Experience:
Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in/with a financial institutions in Pakistan, with a minimum of 4 years of it in senior management, leading centralized operations (including credit administration, trade processing, procurement, etc.).
