As a Jazz Business Manager, you’ll leverage your expertise to empower the Armed Forces, government client with innovative solutions from Jazz’s comprehensive portfolio of GSM, ICT/IoT, and Cloud services. You’ll build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor and driving significant business value through strategic collaboration.
What does a Jazz Business Manager do?
- Engage with clients-armed forces, to gain a thorough understanding of their businesses and tailor solutions that align with their specific needs.
- Achieve monthly Sales/Revenue targets by promoting various products such as GSM, M2M/IoT, Fixed Data, Cloud, and DFS within the armed forces vertical.
- Meet Retention & Recovery Targets for the assigned portfolio.
- Negotiate with prospects on commercial terms of proposals, considering organizational revenue and profitability targets.
- Notify the segments team about relevant Bids/RFPs/EOIs related to Jazz Business Solutions, opportunities within the armed forces, and assist in the preparation.
- Collaborate continuously with internal stakeholders, including B2G Planning, Marketing, Operation & Customer Engagement, Channel Planning & Development, Product Teams, and Bid Management.
Requirements:
- Seeking a dynamic, assertive, persistent, and motivated candidate to identify opportunities for Jazz Business Solutions in the Government sector, specially armed forces.
- Proficient in grasping new technologies such as digitalization, cloud computing, big data, security, ad-tech, IT hardware sales, and M2M/IoT, relevant to armed forces’ needs.
- Proven track record in sales within the Government sector, particularly in internet/data-related products, GSM-based solutions, fixed connectivity, DFS Solution (M wallets), and cloud computing, with a focus on armed forces clients.
- Extensive experience collaborating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Cloud service providers, System Integrators, and Technology companies, relevant to armed forces procurement processes.
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in a blend of Engineering/IT and Business, enhancing capability to understand and address armed forces’ technological requirements.
- Requires strong selling, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively convey viewpoints to potential clients within the armed forces and internal management.
- Capable of translating armed forces’ business requirements into high-level design language, facilitating the development of tailored solutions.
- Possesses excellent market insight into the Government segment, specially armed forces’ needs, challenges, and procurement procedures.
- Specialized in Portfolio Management, with the ability to effectively manage and optimize the portfolio of armed forces clients.
