IT Support Engineer
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Service Desk Ticketing Tools such as Manage Engine, ServiceNow, etc.
- Proficient in computer operating systems (Windows, MacOS), hardware diagnosis/set up, and software installation/ troubleshooting.
- Ability to adhere to established Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Preferably certified in ITIL Foundation.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone, chat and email.
- Flexible to work on a shift schedule.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
