Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on working experience in Microsoft Office 365, MS EDGE, Kaspersky Antivirus, MDM tools, MAC OS, iOS, and performance management utilities.
- Experience working with Creating Desktop Images using MDT, Managing SCCM Clients, SCCM Task Sequences, GPO’s, Security Policies, Design Documentation, Operational Procedures, Training Support Teams, Deploy High Quality MSI Packages
- Hands on experience working with mobile devices such as iPhone, iPads, and Mobile Device Management tools eg: Airwatch, Intune etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
- ITIL Certified
