About the job IT Contract Specialist:
The IT Contracts Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire life cycle of IT contracts, ensuring
adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), monitoring invoice schedules and payments, and
maintaining a comprehensive understanding of contract terms and conditions. This role requires a deep
understanding of IT terminology and components, along with excellent organizational and negotiation skills. The
Specialist will also quantify the financial value of contracts with each vendor, enabling effective negotiation of
change requests and alliances.
