Role Purpose
The Information Control Manager holds a significant position within Sindalah’s Property Management Team, ensuring meticulous management and control of documentation while also harnessing information for insightful decision-making. This role is pivotal in maintaining Sindalah’s ultra-luxury standards by ensuring accurate and timely information management, aligning with Sindalah’s ambition and the broader visions of NEOM.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the management and control of documentation ensuring accuracy, quality, and integrity. Develop, implement, and manage information control systems and procedures to ensure timely availability and accessibility of information. Coordinate with various departments to collect, classify, and manage information effectively. Engage with stakeholders to understand their information needs, ensuring that information control processes meet and exceed these expectations. Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of information control processes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the Property Management Team. Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards in information control processes.

BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience in managing information control processes within a luxury or ultra-luxury environment. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders. Experience in leveraging technology to enhance information control processes. Knowledge of relevant regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications in information or document control are preferred.
