Meezan Bank invites application for Client Implementation Officer in Islamabad, Pakistan

Faculty Title:

Client Implementation Officer

Eligibility:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s from an HEC-recognized institute/university
  • Qualification is Islamic Finance will be preferred

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

Responsibilities:

  • Implement eBiz+ and Biz+ LITE for customers
  • Ensure implementation is completed within the given SLA
  • Provide on-site and online training for eBiz+ customers
  • Handle queries from branches regarding eBiz+
  • Manage records related to eBiz+
  • Serve as the focal point of contact for relationship enhancement of Cash Management customers
  • Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Take ownership of client queries on payment solutions, cheque outsourcing, and other cash management products

Skills Required:

  • Highly motivated
  • Proficient in query handling
  • Effective in timeline management
  • Skilled in cross-selling to expand the bank’s share
