Faculty Title:
Client Implementation Officer
Eligibility:
- Minimum Bachelor’s, preferably Master’s from an HEC-recognized institute/university
- Qualification is Islamic Finance will be preferred
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Responsibilities:
- Implement eBiz+ and Biz+ LITE for customers
- Ensure implementation is completed within the given SLA
- Provide on-site and online training for eBiz+ customers
- Handle queries from branches regarding eBiz+
- Manage records related to eBiz+
- Serve as the focal point of contact for relationship enhancement of Cash Management customers
- Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities
- Take ownership of client queries on payment solutions, cheque outsourcing, and other cash management products
Skills Required:
- Highly motivated
- Proficient in query handling
- Effective in timeline management
- Skilled in cross-selling to expand the bank’s share
