Imperva/IBM Guardium Expert
This role aims to empower Information Security Operations Management to oversee database protection systems by refining settings, adjusting protection standards based on best practices, upgrading security systems, and addressing issues that arise both within and outside the Authority. The service includes the following tasks:
- Providing technical support for database protection systems at the Authority’s headquarters in Riyadh.
- Offering suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and performance of protection systems.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports on system performance and effectiveness.
- Resolving technical problems encountered by protection systems and coordinating with relevant parties for issues that cannot be fixed by the technician.
- Performing periodic checks to ensure the safety and performance of systems.
- Monitoring the validity of system licenses, following up on them, and reporting their status to the project manager.
- Monitoring databases and connected services to ensure they are not exposed to security breaches.
- Countering security breaches and managing related issues.
- Conducting forensic investigations for security incidents related to databases and connected services.
