Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory – Riyadh Industrial Area)
Position Summary:
KSA HRBP is responsible for streamlining/simplify HR functions, reporting on HR metrics, enhancing workforce retention, predicting staffing needs, managing termination processes, managing risk, ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations.
Key responsibilities of KSA HRBP:
- HR Strategy & People Plan: Key contribution in designing and shaping the market HR strategy in collaboration with HRBP MENA. Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Plan that attract, develop and retain employees in alignment with the Market HR Strategy. Drive the organizational short and long term business needs to achieve competitive advantage and create opportunities and mitigate threats. Act as People co-Pilot to the function/business unit, mentoring and coaching the business head and his/her teamDrive flawless execution of HR Initiatives.Co-ordinate and execute workforce planning. Provide timely recommendations to business head on people agenda.
- Organisational Design & Structure: Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the categroy/function to drive superior performance. Manage effective organizational transformation and relevant projects using best practices/methodologies.
- Drive High Performance Culture: Develop the Performance / Talent Management agenda for the catgeory/function in HO, through buliding the capability and empowering Line Managers in delivery of key people practices of performance, talent, and succession planning/management to ensure attracting, developing, and retaining key talents necessary for current and future business needs.Direct responsibility of Talent and Succesion of Category/Function Key positions at Market level
- Act as a change agent/catalyst to lead an inclusive culture: Establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships with managers, and employees through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation aiming to enabling business delivery and employee engagement. Give input to difficult individual employee situations, legal cases, employee relations issues
- HR Deliverables: Accountable for delivering the core people KPIs within the category/function in HO including Nationalization, D&I, and Youth KPIs through collaboration with HRBP MENA.

- Exposure to CoC/CoS processes, e.g. Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment/Resourcing.
- Leading and managing change through the effective use of organisation design, development and business transformation techniques.
- Experience of working in Industrial and employee/labour relations.
- Success leading, coaching and developing people in a high performing team environment e.g. performance management etc
- Successful experience in contributing to the creation, implemention & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
- Worked within a Matrix environment; achieving results through effective influencing and collaborating
- Range of experiences supporting different parts of the business in order to develop broad business accumen.
- University degree level education or equivalent.
