Job Title:
HR BUSINESS PARTNERING COORDINATOR
Job Outline:
· Plan and coordinate the recruitment arrangements of candidates including assisting with the shortlisting process as necessary. Manage onboarding process for all new joiners, assisting with the post selection process including reference and other relevant pre-employment checks.
· Coordinate all aspects of administration during an employee life-cycle including preparing new contracts, processing changes in conditions of employment and processing leaving formalities.
· Support the deployment and delivery of HR people initiatives including responding effectively to queries from the line departments & staff with regard to employment regulations, policies and procedures, time and attendance and payroll queries.
· Collate all payroll information, update the HR systems in a timely manner and ensure they are aligned with local payroll for a monthly payroll handover.
· Guide, assist and communicate to the line departments the usage of the various HR systems and products in order to disseminate information and provide an effective first level of service.
· Follow-up with Line Managers and employees in actioning HR transactional activities in a timely manner. Liaise with line departments in terms of getting any required information for accurate and prompt actioning of HR activities thereby reducing the time lag and increasing customer satisfaction.
· Make suggestions to improve the processes, quality, and speed of HR processes in contribution to efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.
· Handle all transactional HR activities for the team and line departments ensuring company policy, procedures and guidelines are fulfilled while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.
· Undertake a variety of HR administrative tasks including supporting initiatives and projects undertaken by the team. Generate monthly or ad hoc reports on HR metrics and maintaining confidentiality of records, reports and other related correspondence.
Ensure integrity and completeness of critical documents and records within the HR repositories including document management systems, shared drives, SharePoint, the intranet and hard copy filing
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge/Skills
· Education ‘A’ Level or equivalent
· CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice, HR related qualification is advantageous.
· Experience in a Human Resources function is essential.
· Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge/experience of other HR systems advantageous.
· Ability to be sensitive to the needs of others and exercise tact/diplomacy to ensure confidential information is not divulged.
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
