i) M.Phil in Special Education or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission with three years’ teaching or administrative experience in the relevant field; or ii) Master’s degree or BS (first division or grade-B) in Special Education or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by Higher Education Commission with five years’ teaching or administrative experience in the relevant field.
