Our Client, a Karachi based newly established FinTech company, seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
As a Head Operations Management, you will be responsible for the management of workflow throughout all departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute an operations strategy aligned with our business objectives and expansion plans
- Streamline processes, systems, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and quality
- Regular assessment of the efficiency and effectiveness of back-office operations and ensure all operational activities are carried out within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
- Oversee complete operations of the Fintech including but not limited to customers wallet, merchant wallet, cards personalization, funds transfer, loyalty, merchant & agent management and settlement
- Manage the customers complaint management system and ensure customer complaints across all channels are timely addressed
- Manage product life cycle across channels, introduce enhanced service offerings & propose re-design of existing product capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the delivery of fintech products and services
- Manage vendor relationships and partnerships to support our operational needs and ensure timely disbursement of payments to all partners and service providers
- Develop, document and maintain procedures and cross-functional workflows in conjunction with product and customer-facing channels
- Use data to drive fact-based decision making to optimize Company’s offering and plan performance
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in MIS, Computer Sciences, IT, Database Management, Business Administration and / or any relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience preferably at a fintech start up or a large financial institution with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position
- Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably within the fintech sector
Requirements:
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, evolving and fast paced start up environment
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing scalable processes, and working with technical teams to scope and operationalize new features
- Strong strategic planning, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry
- A resourceful self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills
