GRC Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team with engagements, conducting fieldwork, discussing findings and observations with clients, preparing work papers to support conclusions, and drafting written reports.
- Conduct IT, Data Privacy, and Information Security audits.
- Develop policies and procedures in line with international and local Information Security & Privacy standards.
- Attend preliminary meetings with clients; offer advice, develop an understanding of the overall service process, and communicate access and information requirements.
- Support Engagement Partners and Directors in leading business development initiatives, including reviewing pre-engagement activities, contracting, and setting up meetings with prospective clients.
- Stay current with developments in technology, UAE markets, relevant professional standards (e.g., ISO 27001, Data Privacy Law), and specific industry sectors.
- Pursue the highest professional standards and specialist skills in technology, maintaining market credibility through continuous professional education, certification, contributions to professional groups, and appropriate networking.
- Manage overall client service delivery by the client quality guidelines and methodologies.
- Oversee accounts on a day-to-day basis and explore new business opportunities for the firm.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, answer queries, and offer expert advice.
- Ensure thorough project documentation and maintain electronic filing by guidelines.
- Complete project assignments with minimal supervision and within the timelines provided by management.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6 years of GRC experience
- Participated in a minimum 2 implementations for NIST & ISO27001
- Data privacy & GDPR
- Mandatory to have 2 certifications with CISA being mandatory
