Job Title:
SPECIALIST, GRAPHIC DESIGN – RIYADH
Description:
DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise Buildings
Responsibilities:
• Proven experience in the development of an organization’s corporate identity including brand guideline creation
• Management of corporate branding and implementation across fast-paced, matrixed/dynamic businesses
• Strong UX/UI design skills and demonstration of creation of digital assets and management of portfolios including websites, intranets, interactive forms/tools and social media
• Extensive experience in the creation of brochureware, reports, proposals and award submissions
• Broad stakeholder management experience, and proven experience of dealing with senior executives
• Demonstrable ability to comprehend and resolve complex briefs to get to the heart of a given requirement
• Experience of email marketing, internal communication and intranet development
• Creation of corporate templates, presentations, newsletter, etc.
• Clear record of successful management of external suppliers for printing, events etc.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
Minimum Qualifications:
- A relevant accredited qualification in graphic design, branding or visual communications.
Minimum Experience:
- 8 – 12 years of relevant experience.
Generic Skills:
- Expert skills across Adobe CC Suite with particular reference to InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Excellent stakeholder and time management skills – the ability to manage deadlines, understand priorities and take appropriate action – Not just a ‘yes’ person.
- A confident communicator who is able to influence individuals and teams across a business.
- Strong skills across all MS Office tools with particular reference to PowerPoint and Word.
- Video editing and/or animation design skills.
- Knowledge of digital design tools such as Figma/Sketch etc.
- Be familiar or passionate about architecture/ engineering design.
- Excellent communication skills and a good command over English. Arabic is desirable but not a requirement for the right candidate.
