Institute of Business Administration (IBA) invites applications for Graphic Designer – Alumni Affairs in Karachi, Pakistan
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs, including logos, branding, typography, social media posts and graphics. Other duties include working with the Alumni Affairs & Resource Mobilization teams to develop visual content to support events, activities and routine functions of the departments.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Graphic Designer at IBA Karachi, you will play a critical role in creating compelling visuals for the Alumni Affairs & Resource Mobilization Departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop visual elements, including but not limited to social media posts, graphics, illustrations, and infographics that effectively communicate functions and services of the departments.
You will also ensure that our visual design is consistent with our brand guidelines and adheres to standards.
- Developing, designing and adapting graphics for use in marketing and communication materials.
- Taking and editing photographic materials.
- Working closely with other team members and internal stakeholders on various projects.
- Contributing to the implementation of programs and events.
- Completing other administrative tasks.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- The incumbent shall have at least Bachelors’ degree preferably in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, from an HEC recognized University/Institute along with proven experience in a relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual design solutions, preferably.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in creating visual designs that adhere to educational institution standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
