Faculty:
Manager (Procurement & Contracts)
Qualification:
At least 16 years of education preferably in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy, Engineering/Supply Chain Management or any other field from a foreign or local university duly recognized by the HEC of Pakistan. Candidates having procurement related trainings/certificates will be preferred.
Experience:
At least, Ten (10) years of verifiable experience, after acquiring stipulated qualifications in procurement of Goods, Works, & Consulting & Non-consulting services and contract management with Donor funded program and PPRA. Should have in depth knowledge of government (PPRA) and Donors (World Bank, ADB, FCDO etc.), procurement Rules and guidelines. Understanding of procurement cycle management.

All the relevant documents i.e. copies of degrees and experience certificates invariably be attached with the EOIs. Under this Programme, the individual consultants will be hired initially under PPRA Rules for a period of one year which may be extended on satisfactory performance till project period.
