Job Title:
FINANCIAL ANALYST – Project Finance
Description:
▪ Review, prepare, and negotiate term sheets.
▪ Preparing teasers, presentations, and information memorandum for internal and external requirements.
▪ Review all financing documents.
▪ Business study and research of peer groups.
▪ Review EPC and O&M term sheets.
▪ Supporting lenders and advisors for due diligence requirements.
▪ Occasional business trips.
▪ Working on Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit.
▪ Responsible for coordinating with all parties involved in the development of the project including, finance, legal, and technical elements.
▪ Lender Compliance (DSCR calculations, CPs, and other requirements)
▪ Review and update Financial Models.
▪ Macroeconomic research including forex, interest rates, swap rates, and inflation rates.
▪ Dealing with external parties (i.e. Lenders, Advisors, LIA, LTA) to review reports.
▪ Coordination with internal departments to keep track of project progress and take action.
▪ Preparing annual budgets.
▪ Will be responsible for project finance/ proposal for Water/ Infrastructure / renewable on PPP basis.

Academic Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Finance
