Profile:- Finance supervisor
Duration of contract :-3 Month
- Review bank reconciliation prepared and report anomalies
- Review daily bank statement loaded (manual as well as system based) and ensure the completeness and accuracy of records.
- Prepare month end schedule and other management reports.
- Do a daily follow up on open entries and ensure all entries are closed in the relevant period.
- Dealing directly with financial institutions, both in Doha and/or internationally, for day-to-day banking transactions and/or queries.
- Delegate the work to team members and ensure all delegated tasks are performed on time and accurately.
- Ensure Internal & external audit enquiries are properly handled and answered.
- Ensure to do a follow up with team members on daily, weekly and monthly assigned tasks and progress.
- Attend weekly meeting with outstation teams and ensure that all issues are taken up, discussed and resolved within the timeframe.
- Review reports from OCMM (Oracle Cash Management Module) and liaise with ERP & IT team to resolve all such issues.
- Strong follow up with accounting team to ensure there are zero unaccounted transactions at the end of each reporting period.
