Support in Finance Stategic Palnning | Evaluate current SEHA Mental Health Services (SAKINA)Finance and Business Strategies to identify areas of improvement in complying with overall SEHA Strategic Goals and Government Objectives. Support to enhance current SEHA Finance policies, processes and procedures in complying with UAE Government Regulations and International Best Practices |
Support in Monitoring and Evaluation | Support to introduce Best Industry and Finance Management Standards applicable to healthcare industry as well and general financial management. Develop monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to ensure those standards are effectively implemented across all facilities under SAKINA |
Assist in Special Projects | Assist in planning and implementation of special projects as assigned by Government Authorities (such as Department of Health, Department of Finance etc) and SEHA shareholders. Monitoring and evaluation of progress and performance reporting as required |
Financial Systems and Applications | Assist in enhancing effective utilization of available Financial Systems and Applications. Assist in regular evaluation of such systems and applications in order to ensure accuracy of financial reporting |
Assist in Performance Enhancement (Develop High–Performing Team) | Assist in developing High-Performing SAKINA Team through Employee Performance Evaluation. Assist in developing High-Performing individuals through continuous engagement |
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Budgeting | Assist in Annual and Long-term Budget preparation in complying with UAE Government Regulations and requirements. Assist in regular monitoring of budget compliance and corrective actions |
Accounting and Cash Flow Management | Assist in timely and accurate completion of Monthly and Annual Closing. Continuous engagement with Corporate and BE Finance Teams to ensure optimal cash flow management |
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting or equivalent from a recognized university
