Institute of Business Administration (IBA) invites applications for Executive – Wellness Centre in Karachi, Pakistan
Assist Psychologist making questionnaires, inventories, google forms, and work related to Microsoft prioritizing emails and phone call, gathering documents, meeting arrangements, responding to students queries about Mental health facilities in IBA . Attending meetings with Psychologist and making meeting record, generate PR and MR in dynamics. Who can assist Psychologist arranging workshop, trainings and help with other administrative work.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support to the Psychologists and Wellness team including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate wellness programs and events, including outreach efforts to promote these programs to the university community.
- Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to the Health and Wellness Center.
- Serve as a point of contact for students seeking mental health support from the Wellness Center, including answering inquiries and providing information about available services.
- Collaborate with other departments and campus organizations to promote holistic wellness initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of the Wellness Center.
- Generate google forms, surveys form, questioners, and feedback form
- Should have command on Word, excel, PowerPoint, google forms
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- The incumbent shall have bachelors degree or masters degree from HEC recognized university.
- 3-4 years of experience
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Administrative skills
- Communication skills (written and spoken)
- Good command on Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of making questionnaires and counselling skills
- Time management skills
