Job Description:
Eligibility:
16 years of education preferably Master’s from an HEC recognized institute/university
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
Experience:
Experienced candidates with prior similar experience would be preferred
Responsibilities:
- Provide all the professional support and assistance to the Group Head
- Effectively and professionally handle telephone & email inquiries and visitors.
- Maintain and update schedule of all engagements / meetings and visits of the Group Head
- Managing all the signing-off of documents related to the approvals received from various departments
- Liaise with HR to facilitate interviews, tests and trainings of new employees
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve pending issues of field
Skills Required:
Time management, good administrative & organizing skills, proficient in English & Urdu communication (oral & written), fully apt with professional writing do’s and don’ts, good command on MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
