China Mobile Pakistan (CMPak) is a 100% owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Corporation. The pioneering overseas set up of China Mobile came through acquisition of a license from Millicom to operate a GSM network in Pakistan. Taken over in 2007 with a market share of only 2%, Zong has seen exponential growth in the last few years to increase it by 10 folds to about 20%. Currently, CMPak engages in the provision of cellular mobile voice and data services to the Pakistani market through 2G, 3G and 4G technologies.

Executive NOC Performance
Job Purpose:
- The role requires performing the necessary tasks to analyze network performance to enable teams and management with Insights. The position would also require working closely with internal and external stakeholders to design, optimize and implement processes and is able to add controls for network improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Smart Care Use Cases, Troubleshooting, and AnalysisOokla Server Integration and Maintenance.
- Develop & maintain Performance management framework, processes, and templates for cross-domain data analysis.
- Analyze network quality and performing end-to-end root cause analysis and reporting with key insights
- Enhance visibility for management through dashboards and correlating different network quality indicators
- Management and audit of standardized Indicator system with respect to 3GPP documents along with definition and verification in OSS PMS
- Supporting internal functions for special analysis and reports; guiding teams for required self-development scenarios and training modules
- Provide evaluation as per the SLA locked with peer departments & Managed Services Teams
- Support to other departments engineering and non-engineering a single point of data sharing between Engineering and cross-functional teams following policies and managing data integrity
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education:
- Bachelors in Engineering (Telecommunication, Electrical/Electronics)
Work Experience:
- 2-5 years

Skills – Job Specific:
- Must have a comprehensive understanding of 3GPP standards for Network Entities (NEs), Protocols and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Must be highly proficient in operating MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Must be proficient in Excel VB-macro and Power BI
- Knowledge of other data analytical tools and data science
