China Mobile Pakistan (CMPak) is a 100% owned subsidiary of China Mobile Communications Corporation. The pioneering overseas set up of China Mobile came through acquisition of a license from Millicom to operate a GSM network in Pakistan. Taken over in 2007 with a market share of only 2%, Zong has seen exponential growth in the last few years to increase it by 10 folds to about 20%. Currently, CMPak engages in the provision of cellular mobile voice and data services to the Pakistani market through 2G, 3G and 4G technologies.

Executive Corporate Affairs Operations
Job Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible to provide end to end operational and administrative support in CAD operations especially for executive office to ensure smooth execution and management
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end operational support for all executive office related assignments including but not limited to scheduling & organizing meetings including EMT and monthly operational analysis meeting, project meetings & other company level important meetings required by the management.
- Maintain Chiefs Calendar and appointment schedule on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Drafting and circulation of minutes of meeting (EMT, MOAM etc.) and related action items.
- Tracking and progress monitoring of all action items of different meetings. Ensuring timely follow-up on a bi-monthly/monthly basis or as necessary.
- Develop an action item tracker and generate periodic reports to share progress and status updates with management.
- Ensure effective implementation and compliance of EMT meeting management policy.
- Collect and consolidate monthly/quarterly organizational milestones or as need basis.
- Communicate and coordinate with regions for all meetings / deliverables and data requirements.
- Ensuring complete and accurate record keeping and archiving of all executive level meeting content including minutes of meeting & project presentations on CAD central repository.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and management of company-level events within the scope of CAD operations or as per management requirement. This includes assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors/business partners and ensuring smooth operations during the events.
- Coordination and follow up with all departments regarding collection and archiving of organizational data as per data information management and documentation policy.

- Support in managing Zongersclub, PPMS, DIMD and other CAD portals.
- Conduct need assessment for automation within CAD operations for efficiency enhancement, coordinate with IT/DT for CAD digital transformation projects, system enhancements and necessary developments.
- Liaison with vendors/business partners/external stakeholders for all matters related to executive office and CAD operations and ensure effective communication for timely completion of all deliverables.
- Support in managing local & foreign delegations related tasks as and when required.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):Education:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any similar domain
