Institute of Business Administration (IBA) invites applications for Executive CDC – Operations & Design in Karachi, Pakistan
The incumbent will be responsible for providing all administrative and design and communication support to CDC activities. S/he will not liaise with the speakers, partner organization in designing marketing content and execution of sessions for students. H/She will work closely with the Assistant Manager CDC and Senior Manager CDC in different projects.

Executive CDC – Operations & Design (Project Based)
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate executive communications, including responding to emails and interfacing with guests and organizational representatives.
- Responsible for designing content and posts for social media marketing.
- Responsible for maintaining the omnichannel sheet for marketing status of each sessions.
- Responsible for preparing all the logistics arrangements with different stakeholders.
- Provides a wide range of complex office administration and support to the highest-ranking manager/faculty member of institute wide department.
- Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems.
- Prepare internal content and social media posts, banners and other collaterals as required for the marketing and execution of CDC initiatives.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supporting the coverage of CDC’s initiatives including guest sessions, recruitment drives, webinars and career fair.
- Responsible for running workshop readiness checklist.
- Maintaining an updated database of the initiatives undertaken by CDC.
- Gathering feedback of the programs and improving them under Assistant Manager CDC’s guidance.
- Any other job which is not listed above but would emerge during business growth.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- The incumbent shall have bachelors degree from HEC recognized university.
- At least 1 – 2 years of experience.
KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES:
- Aggressive Follow-up.
- Good command of MS Office
- Good command on English Language especially Email Writing.
- Good command over photoshop/illustrator
