The incumbent would play a crucial role in supporting the Manager, Design & Solutions, in developing and delivering high-quality executive education programs. He/She will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the program lifecycle, contributing to the overall success of the offerings.

Executive Assistant, People Development – CEE (Project Based)
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Program Development & Support: Collaborate with the Manager D&S to research, design, and develop program content for various educational offerings, including open enrollment programs, workshops, diplomas, post-graduate diplomas, and corporate governance programs. Assist in the implementation of program design and content development strategies under the guidance of the Manager D&S.
- Faculty Management: Support the Manager D&S in the identification, recruitment, and onboarding process of subject matter experts (SMEs) to enhance program delivery. Coordinate with faculty members to gather necessary materials and ensure the timely delivery of program content, maintaining effective communication channels throughout the process.
- Participant Coordination: Aid in managing the pre-program experience for participants, including assisting with registration procedures, coordinating logistical arrangements, and distributing pre-reading materials to enhance participant readiness.
- Proposal Writing: Contribute to the creation of program proposals by conducting research on client needs and drafting relevant program sections under the guidance of the Manager D&S.
- Additional Duties: Assist with various tasks assigned by the Manager D&S, such as conducting market research, competitor analysis, and performing administrative duties related to program delivery to support overall operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- The incumbent shall have at least bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or relevant field from an HEC recognized university/institute.
- At least 1 years of experience in designing and delivering executive education programs, preferably.
