Our Client, a Karachi based company, seeks to appoint an experienced and seasoned professional. The successful candidate will b e responsible in monitoring budgets, drafting meeting minutes, handling confidential information, maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance, coordinating meetings, and supporting special projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements etc..
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls whilst ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial dat a to support decision- ma king processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, present ations, and analysis for internal and external st a keholders.
- Help monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
- Draft and maint ain accurate and det ailed meeting minutes, agendas, and action items.
- Handle confidential financial information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maint ain and organize financial documents, records, and files for easy retrieval and reference.
- Ensure compliance with government requirements and internal policies in all financial documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Assist in the preparation and management of presentations, spreadsheets, and other financial documents.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by Management.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Finance / Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 1-2 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent planning and organizing skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as an executive assist ant, preferably within a finance or accounting environment.
AGE:
- The candidate should b e preferably not more than 33 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
