Our client is a world-leading event agency producing some of the largest events around the world. They’re looking to expand their marketing team in the UAE with an Events Marketing Executive for their top consumer goods event in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing manager to assist in the execution of the marketing campaigns.
- Manage and implement the drop schedule of planned activities on assigned shows for the delivery of visitor marketing campaigns and collateral including PR, advertising, field marketing and other promotional elements.
- Liaise with all external marketing support agencies such as printers, publishers, designers etc.
- Ensure all collateral is professionally produced.
- Managing online activities related to visitors.
- Maintain databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing/marcomms.
- Exposure to marketing related practices
- Exhibitions or events experience is a plus.
- Must have Middle East experience.
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder management experience.
