About the job:
Required Skills/ Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering and 2+ years of related work experience. Work experience must be related to hands on design production and review of structures.
Knowledge of the following software:
- Midas Civil
- CSi Bridge
- SAP2000
- Structural Bridge Design (Auto Desk)
- AutoCAD
- Bentley RAM connections/elements
- Prokon
Knowledge of following design codes:
- Ashghal IAN009 and other structural design-related Interim Advice Notes
- British Standards
- Eurocode
- AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications
- Business-level English language skills sufficient to produce well-written reports with organized structure and minimal need for grammatical corrections, and to hold articulate verbal communications.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with the client, management, and project personnel on technical and non-technical subjects.
