Job Title:
Network Security Engineer (NAC, LTM, Proxy, Sandbox, Email Gateway & DLP)
This role is designed to empower information security management to enhance protection systems by refining settings, establishing protection standards based on best practices, and upgrading security systems to address issues both within and outside the Authority. The service includes the following tasks:
- Providing technical support for protection systems at the Authority’s headquarters.
- Offering suggestions to enhance the effectiveness and performance of protection systems.
- Generating weekly and monthly reports on system performance and effectiveness.
- Resolving technical problems encountered by protection systems and coordinating with relevant parties for issues that cannot be fixed by the technician.
- Performing periodic checks to ensure system safety and measure performance.
- Monitoring the validity of system licenses, following up on them, and reporting their status to the project manager at the Authority.
- Overseeing the external gateway and connected services to ensure they are protected from electronic attacks.
