Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead facilities engineer coordinates engineering activities daily, defines and prioritizes the work of engineering staff, and develops technical solutions to resolve end user concerns/issues. (Technical/cost/schedule),
Looking for:
1- Responsible to ensure that all Project Engineering activities are done in a Safe manner by following & Implementing company and Exxon based OIMS 3.1 requirements during design and implementation. Right first design approach
2- Participate or Lead technical teams to study and develop technical solutions to complex issues in the running plant involving multiple disciplines
3- Responsible to convert smart ideas generated by end users to an executable technical solution. This would involve in generating a project scope definition with all technical data including DCF calculations.
4- Stewardship of emergency changes (which are assigned) required in plant which need to be implemented in a time bound manner.
5- Review Engineering design developed by other facilities engineers and be available to them for any technical clarification and solution development
6- Review of design changes arising at site due to unknown factors at site.
7- Stewardship of TA related facilities change activities related to facilities departments
8- Participate in HAZOP’s related to facilities change related to process plant changes.
9- Preferable to have Engineer who has experience in polymers and elastomer projects.
