Qualification: Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in commercial and business operations, with at least 2 years’ experience of leading eCommerce in FMCG or eCommerce company
Position Summary:
Lead the eCommerce function in market to deliver agreed objectives/sales plans by building the business relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to ensure the best Nestlé products’ commercialization.
A day in the life of…
• Achieve business objectives by developing and executing strategies in line with customers and shoppers to achieve targets:
– Sales target setting and delivery
– Maximum on-shelf availability
– eContent accuracy on all partners
– Online market shares
– eIntensity
– Develop and adhere to aligned activity calendar with pre and post analysis feeding into learning log.
• Lock JBPs and activity calendar with eCommerce customers
• Keep a tap on new and emerging verticals and develop business opportunities to drive eCommerce.
• Be an eCommerce champion in the market providing necessary support and guidance to marketing and category teams.
• To develop and support relevant Nestle distributors in planning and execution.
• Support KAMs in driving online sales via Brick & Clicks
• Represent Pakistan in regional and global eCommerce forums in Nestle world.
• Effective utilization of trade and marketing investments
What Will Make You Successful?
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial and business operations, with at least 2 years’ experience in E-Commerce. Digital Marketing and FMCG Sales experience is a plus.
• Demonstrable record of success in delivering key commercial KPI’s and business results
• Understands key business functions i.e., Commercial, Finance, Technical, Supply Chain
• Strong leadership and team working skills.
