Job Title:
Dynamics ERP Delivery Lead
Delivery Lead for this role will be focusing on the successful delivery of Multiple D365 Business applications to the clientele by ensuring excellence throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Lead effective and successful delivery of multiple projects to multiple clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop, deploy, and maintain a comprehensive project delivery plan for multiple ongoing projects with detailed documentation of requirements, administration structures, appropriate control, and supervision to perform delivery activity within predefined timeline and budget.
Explain the technical solutions to clients’ business transformation teams after conducting GAP analysis of clients’ problems for the purpose of service delivery transformation.
Provide directions to off-shore and on-shore implementation teams by making project plans as per company methodologies, defining scope, estimating budget, ensuring quality, and reducing risks to maximum level.
Work closely with client product managers, large implementation teams and multiple internal supports teams from gathering requirements to several projects go-live stage.
Assist for the continuous improvement of multiple delivery initiatives and removal of hinderances utilizing Azure DevOps.
Act as Scrum Master to maximize the value of Service delivery for client by regular reviews of application and ensure alignment of D365 application to client’s success.
Participate in making resolution plans across the board for several ongoing projects and D365 service delivery excellence.
Engaging post-sales services to make smooth delivery of application.
Requirements:
BSCS, BS (IT), MS (IT) or equivalent is preferred.
7+ years of experience as a Dynamics AX/365 Delivery Lead or similar role.
At least 5+ years of experience as Microsoft Dynamics AX/365 F&O, Retail, SCM, Warehouse, HRIS technical consultant for large enterprise clients.
Sound experience in successful delivery of multiple Dynamics AX/365 solutions in different domains globally.
Experience of supervising presale’s activities, configuration, integration, data migration, gap and fit analysis, customizations, post-sales activities, and other ERP related functions.
Solid expertise of using Azure DevOps to support the latest version control and migration of data from non-AX or AX version to latest D365 version of Finance and Operations.
Experience of leading large teams, multiple projects at a time and complex business requirements at cloud.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
Microsoft certification exams or equivalent experience would be a plus.
