Our client, a Karachi based company, seeking an experienced and seasoned professional. The role includes establishing job evaluation and benchmarking frameworks, overseeing HR budget and s alary structure planning, driving organizational change initiatives, and ensuring compliance.
Faculty Title:
DY. General Manager – Centre of Expertise (COE)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and manage organizational design frameworks and policies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and support a high-performance culture.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Oversee the planning and administration of HR budgets and s alary structures, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, fostering a culture of adapt ability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements and mitigate organizational risks.
EDUCATION:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- Preferably 8-10 years of professional experience, preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 5-7 years of related functional experience in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, policy development, and change management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
