| KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES | |||||
| Leadership and Team Management | Working within a team comprising design professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Provide mentorship to nurture the skills and professional development of team members. | ||||
| Project Initiation | Collaborate with key stakeholders and leadership to understand project requirements and objectives.Develop comprehensive project briefs, considering planning and design parameters, constraints, and NEOM expectations. | ||||
| Consultant Collaboration | Provide guidance to appointed consultants ensuring alignment with project goals.Foster effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external consultants. | ||||
| Design Oversight | Review proposed planning and asset designs, offering design insight to ensure creativity, functionality, and adherence to project requirements.Ensure proposed designs comply with applicable NEOM procedures, codes, standards, and regulations. | ||||
| Communication and Coordination | Participate in progress and review meetings, providing insights and recommendations to enhance project outcomes.Liaise with appointed consultants and key stakeholders, addressing issues and coordinating resolutions in a timely manner. | ||||
| Quality Assurance | Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to uphold design excellence and project objectives. | ||||
| BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS | |||||
| Knowledge, Skills Experience | Strong organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented and highly analytical.Understanding of CAD, BIM, and 3-D software. | ||||
| Experience | Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in planning and asset design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects through planning and design. | ||||
| Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in architecture. | ||||
