Deputy General Manager – Digital Products, Growth & Experience

PURPOSE:

The DGM Digital Products, Growth & Experience role is responsible for driving the growth and adoption of the company’s digital offerings. This involves defining acquisition strategies, increasing user engagement, optimizing the digital experience, enriching existing platforms, and introducing new digital channels. Additionally, this role leads all technical development from a business standpoint, ensuring digital initiatives align with broader objectives. By leveraging data analytics and collaborating cross-functionally, this role executes digital projects efficiently and delivers exceptional customer value. 

The DGM Digital Products, Growth & Experience role serves as a digital evangelist, fostering user-centricity and data-driven decision making throughout the organization, while also applying strong project management expertise to coordinate complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Relevant Experience:    Minimum Graduate, with 05 years of experience in digital products, growth & project management.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

1   Product Management:
    •    Drive the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, using an agile, user-centric approach
•    Translate business requirements and user insights into clear, actionable product roadmaps and features
•    Continuously monitor performance, gather user feedback, and optimize the digital experience
•    Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and communicate product vision to stakeholders     

2    Project Management:
    •    Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex digital projects on time and within budget
•    Act as the single point of contact for all technical-related developments, ensuring a cohesive customer experience
•    Implement robust project management processes and tools to ensure transparency and accountability
•    Effectively communicate project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders    
3    Growth & Analytics:
    •    Develop and execute data-driven digital acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
•    Leverage A/B testing, marketing automation, and other analytics tools to drive continuous optimization
•    Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities
•    Implement robust tracking and measurement frameworks to quantify the impact of digital initiatives
•    Generate compelling reports and dashboards to communicate key performance insights to stakeholders
•    Collaborate with the marketing team to align on integrated, cross-channel growth tactics
•    Continuously iterate and refine growth strategies based on data-driven learnings
•    Design and oversee user experience (UX) testing, including usability studies and A/B tests, to validate product enhancements    
4    Stakeholder Management:
    •    Collaborate closely with IT, engineering, marketing, and other key stakeholders to align on goals and priorities
•    Effectively communicate insights, recommendations, and progress to senior leadership
•    Advocate for user needs and champion a customer-centric mindset across the organization 
•    Oversee vendor relationships and coordinate with technology partners for seamless delivery    
5    Leadership:
    •    Inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards shared goals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
•    Empower team members by providing clear direction, resources, and opportunities for professional development
•    Act as a strategic business partner, providing data-driven recommendations to drive organizational growth and success
•    Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to tackle complex problems and actively contribute to project delivery
•    Actively participate in user research, design sprints, and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs
•    Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices
•    Be willing to take on hands-on tasks and collaborate across functions to ensure successful project delivery
