Ministry of Professional and Technical Training was established in July 2011 in the wake of 18th Amendment. Some of the Departments/Organizations previously under MOLM and MOE were placed under this Ministry. Supreme Court of Pakistan in its Judgment dated 25th November, 2011 directed that in view of insertion of Article 25-A in the Constitution, the Federal Government cannot absolve itself from the responsibility of providing Education to its citizens.

Job Specification:
- Manage and maintain the Provincial Education Information (PIE) database.
- Collect, validate, visualize, and analyze education data from various sources.
- Develop data entry protocols and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Prepare data reports, dashboards, and visualizations for monitoring and decision-making purposes.
- Support capacity-building initiatives for data management and analysis at the provincial level.
- Stay updated with data management best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and provide data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Statistics and data Science) or Equivalent.
