We’re recruiting ‘Data Analyst’ for one of our client based in Dubai, UAE.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible to identify opportunities to enhance data mapping and integration across channels, enriching customer views and insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, experience in data analysis tools including Power BI, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, maintain, and analyze digital data from various channels (websites, social media, email, etc.) to extract actionable insights related to customer behavior and campaign performance.
Utilize Power BI and other data visualization tools to create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations, presenting insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish benchmarks for measuring omnichannel campaign success.
Drive data-driven strategies by conducting A/B testing, interpreting results, and implementing improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data sources used in analysis and reporting.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Power BI for visualization, analysis, and reporting.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets.
Experience in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and understanding their impact on customer behavior.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts and insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to identify and implement creative solutions to connect and integrate data across multiple channels for improved insights and campaign performance.
