BUILD SUSTAINABLE RELATIONSHIPS AND TRUST WITH CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS THROUGH OPEN AND INTERACTIVE COMMUNICATION
PROVIDE ACCURATE, VALID AND COMPLETE INFORMATION BY USING THE RIGHT METHODS/TOOLS
MEET PERSONAL/CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM SALES TARGETS AND CALL HANDLING QUOTAS
