Job Title:
CRM Technical Consultant
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer, you will be designing, customizing, and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform to meet the business needs of the organization. You will work closely with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other IT professionals to create and enhance CRM solutions that improve customer relationship management, streamline business processes, and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
Customize and configure the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform to meet the specific business requirements, including creating custom entities, fields, forms, and workflows.
Develop custom extensions, plugins, and workflows using technologies like C#, JavaScript, and the Power Platform to extend the CRM functionality.
Integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems, applications, and services to ensure data flows seamlessly.
Manage data within the CRM system, including data migration, import/export, and data quality assurance.
Create and optimize business processes and workflows to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Provide training and support to CRM users, ensuring they can effectively use and maximize the platform.
Create and customize reports and dashboards to provide insights and analytics to the organization.
Implement and manage security roles and access control to protect sensitive data.
Maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and development work.
Test and debug CRM customizations to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, system administrators, and other IT professionals to understand business requirements and deliver CRM solutions that align with organizational goals.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven 3+ years of experience in customizing and developing solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proficiency in customization, configuration, and development within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript.
Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Understanding of integration techniques and experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
Familiarity with data migration and data quality assurance.
Experience with reporting and analytics in CRM.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer, are a plus.
