Responsibilities:
We are seeking a versatile and talented individual to join our clients team as a Creative Content Specialist. This role encompasses three key areas: Graphic Design, Social Media Management, and Content Creation. As the primary creative force, you will be responsible for translating ideas into compelling visual content, managing our clients social media presence, and crafting engaging written and visual materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
– Develop visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital and print materials.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with brand guidelines.
– Utilize industry-standard design software for image and video editing and layout design.
Social Media Management:
– Curate and create engaging content for various social media platforms.
– Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
– Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
– Present work, reporting and strategic solutions to the wider team and business.
Content Creation:
– Generate creative and compelling written content for articles, and marketing materials.
– Develop multimedia content, including videos and infographics, to enhance overall brand messaging.
– Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content channels.
– Fluent in social media trends, tools, and analytics, with a knack for capitalising on emerging trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
– Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
– Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
– Creative thinking and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
– Preferably a background in real estate, hospitality or destination marketing.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
– 3+ years experience in graphic design, social media management, and content creation.
– Portfolio showcasing diverse design and content projects.
