Corporate Clinical Costing Analyst – SEHA Corporate Finance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Decision Support for Senior Management:
•Allocate overheads to the relevant direct cost departments using the correct allocation bases and ensuring the data to support overhead allocation is complete.
•Close SEHA HQ cost module on monthly basis.
Projects and Programs:
•Maintain costing talabi system and keep track of all requests.
•Mapping of new cost centers to a new or existing cost department and mapping accounts to a cost type.
Clinical Costing System – Cost Pro:
•Coordinate with regional costing analysts for monthly closing of costing books
•Maintain and update common RUV such as laboratory or imaging in CostPro
•Validate and upload monthly payroll and VIP templates in CostPro
•Executing monthly HCPSCs costing with coordination of regional costing analysts
•Assist manager and senior analyst preparing periodic costing reports and analysis
•Support regional costing analysts in fixing data and system issues
Managing overall working of the department and ensuring business continuity:
•Escalating issues / concerns appropriately.
•Supporting team members and covering duties as requested by the manager during absences or vacations.
•Attending SEHA team meetings and other committees or group meetings as required.
•Supporting the manager in the development of status report as appropriate.
•Performing other duties as assigned.
Mentoring and Training:
As a contribution towards Emiratization initiatives, supervise, train, guide and mentor the National Developees and other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Operations/Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics or relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Desired:
Master’s degree or equivalent professional accountancy qualification with 3 years of post-qualification experience.
