What we’re looking for:
Education: BE/BCS and a sound understanding of telecommunication technology and IT BSS landscape.
Work experience: Relevant Experience of 4-5 years will be preferred.
Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas
- In-depth understanding of the dynamics of Telecom and IT industry.
- Possess strong understanding of Charging & Billing flows.
- Hands-on experience of Charging & Billing platforms.
- Having knowledge of GSM/LTE/VAS services and networks.
- Knowledge of IT-BSS domain (Business & Technical).
- Understanding of Cloud Native computing.
- Having skillset on Linux/UNIX and Databases.
- Analytical and independent learning ability.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem analysis, investigation and troubleshooting ability.
