Job Title:

Consultant Salesforce

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements, and design scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
2. Development: Build and customize Salesforce applications, including but not limited to Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems.
3. Configuration: Configure Salesforce features and functionalities, including workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and custom objects, to optimize and enhance the platform.
4. Integration: Design and implement integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth information flow across different platforms.
5. Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all Salesforce developments, configurations, and integrations.
7. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support for Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
8. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including administrators, analysts, and other developers, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
3. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II are highly desirable.
4. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools.
5. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, or other protocols.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
