Job Detail:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business requirements and design effective Salesforce solutions.
- Implementation: Configure and customize Salesforce applications based on the design specifications. Implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Integration: Design and implement data integration solutions between Salesforce and other systems. Utilize tools like Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or custom APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and release notes.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Deployment: Manage the deployment process, including migration of changes between environments using tools like Salesforce Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool, or Salesforce CLI.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on newly implemented features and functionalities. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Best Practices: Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices. Advocate for the use of industry best practices in solution design and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications: Possess relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and/or Salesforce Certified App Builder.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and other related technologies. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial.
- Integration Experience: Experience with designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using tools like MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware solutions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand business processes and provide effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute effectively to project discussions and decision-making.
