We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Next.js with the app directory structure, TailwindCSS with ShadcnUI, Tanstack Query, TypeScript, and Zustand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications, implementing state management solutions, and ensuring seamless data fetching and caching.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js with the app directory structure.
- Style applications with TailwindCSS and ShadcnUI for a modern, responsive design.
- Implement efficient data fetching and caching strategies using Tanstack Query.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in TypeScript.
- Manage application state using Zustand for optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in Next.js, TailwindCSS, ShadcnUI, Tanstack Query, TypeScript, and Zustand.
- Experience with state management and modern front-end development practices.
- Proficient in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
