We are seeking a skilled and motivated POS Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing Point of Sale (POS) systems within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 F&O) Retail and Commerce. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of retail and commerce functionalities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement POS solutions within D365 F&O Retail and Commerce.
- Customize and extend POS functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and implement business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS systems.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development activities and configurations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a POS Developer, preferably within D365 F&O Retail and Commerce.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET.
- Strong understanding of retail and commerce business processes.
- Experience with customization, configuration, and integration of POS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Skills and Certifications (Nice to Have):
- Functional knowledge of retail and commerce domain.
- Relevant certifications such as:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate
- Experience with D365 F&O development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
