Consultant Business Analyst
Systems LTD is seeking a talented and analytical Business Analysts. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our continued growth and success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to enhance our business operations.
Responsibilities:
Analyze Business Processes: Review existing business operations, identify inefficiencies, and propose process improvements.
Assess Evolving Business Ideas: Stay abreast of industry trends, evaluate their impact on our organization, and recommend adaptations.
Liaise Between Teams: Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Generate Documentation: SRS, BRS, Design Document , User stories , Flow Diagrams, Training Manuals.
Communicate Recommendations: Present findings, improvement plans, and actionable insights to key stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or IT from Top academic institution with strong GPA
– ability to research and build the understanding on complex material
– Proven experience atleast 5-10 years as a Business Analyst or similar role.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
– Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
– Critical Thinking: Ability to identify , analyze and solve the problems systematically rather then by intuition.
– Hands on Experince with Balsmiq, Adobe XD, Figma or any other wireframing or prototyping tools.
– Experience with MS Visio
– Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
