We’re hiring ‘Concept Designer’ for one of our client based in UAE.

Job Description:

In this role, we’re looking for someone who have strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Strong sense of concept design and competitive winning work with a proven track record of major project delivery [in the form of a portfolio].
Experience of design / construction in a variety of building types.
Strong conceptual thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in the use of concept design tools: Sketchup/Revit/ Photoshop/ InDesign/ Rhinoceros or 3DsMax.
Ability to read and interpret various types of blueprints.
Familiar with Local Codes of Practice.
Significantly detail-oriented with the ability to spot and fix potential design flaws.
A resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality, aesthetics & market trends.
Good verbal /written communication [well versed in English] and organizational skills.

Requirements:

Education: Degree or postgraduate degree in Architecture B.Arch / M.Arch / MSc or equivalent. Membership with a recognized professional architectural body & graduation from a reputed university will be beneficial.
Strong Conceptual Portfolio including Architecture (residential and commercial) and Interior Design projects.
Presentation skills in 2D and 3D reflected in the Portfolio.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years relevant experience as a concept design architect in a reputed design consultancy.
