Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate leads as per company guidelines and training.
Build a relationship with prospective clients – to some extent you will also be responsible for account management, but the focus of the role will be lead generation.
Understand the needs of your target prospects and articulate the value you can provide them with through polite and respectful tactic.
Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities.
Qualify the leads into prospective and lost leads through a thorough and measurable vetting process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1+ years of experience working in a Sales position, preferably phone based and with a high percentage of hunting involved.
Real Estate experience is not essential but preferred.
Must have demonstrated the ability to be a pure hunter – proven track record of developing your own pipeline through outbound initiatives.
Proven track record of developing successful relationships with C-suite executives.
Demonstrated the ability to work remote and be self-sufficient, yet bearing in mind you are part of a team.
Customer-centric mindset
Excellent communicator/presenter in both written and oral English.
Must have stable internet and a smart phone.
Hungry and ambitious, yet ethically sound
